QUALITY POLICY AND ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT

Ingeconsult ENGINEERING, SA has established and promoted the implementation of a quality system and environmental management based on the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000, UNE-EN-ISO 14001 and the EMAS regulation applicable to the various work being done in the company: civil engineering projects in general, engineering studies, technical assistance to work (management and construction).
 
The implementation of quality systems and environmental management are intended to ensure that the various services provided meet the requirements specified by existing regulations and by the customer, and fulfill their expectations. Also aware of the need for services and activities are conducted with appropriate respect for the environment, engages in the development and revises this policy expressed in the following points:

  • Establish and maintain the Quality System and Environmental Management based on the Standard UNE-EN-ISO 9001:00, UNE-EN-ISO 14.001:04 and the EMAS regulation in all operations, activities and services related to the activity of the company.
  • Ensuring that we meet and satisfy customers' requirements and the laws, which apply to activities that the organization develops and regulations that Ingeconsult ENGINEERING, SA subscribe voluntarily, keeping these requirements up to date.
  • Integrating environmental management within the enterprise by committing to prevent pollution and environmental impact of all their actions, evaluating the environmental aspects and environmental legal compliance, both internally and externally by promoting sustainable use of resources and environmental improvement.
  • Establish quality objectives and environmental management, compliance checking, in order to improve customer satisfaction and to avoid the possible negative effects of our activities on the environment, taking into account the legal  requirements, the Quality Policy and Environmental Management , and options for continuous improvement of activities and services of Ingeconsult ENGINEERING, SA.
  • Promoting skills and personal awareness to know, understand and ensure the implementation of the Quality System and Environmental Management of the company, performing their duties in a responsible manner to protect the environment and the customer satisfaction.
  • Establishing the principle of continuous improvement of quality management and environmental performance, through prevention, data analysis and the root causes of any encountered problems .
The Quality and Environmental Management policy of Ingeconsult ENGINEERING, SA is available to suppliers, customers, institutions and the general public upon request. Its accuracy and compliance is periodically reviewed by Management.

We have a Quality System that meets the requirements of the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2000 certified by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Madrid (Certificate No.ES-V-0007).

    The Fourth Congress of Ache has been held in Valencia from 24th to the 27th of November 2008 where Ingeconsult INGENIERIA, SA has outlined the expansion of structures in the section: Murcia-Puerto de la Cadena in the A-30 (Murcia).
